Sara (Serafina)

We are two friends and two cooks, united by a passion for rediscovering old forgotten recipes. In our home in the Monferrato Astigiano, we bring late 18th-century cuisine back to life, inspired by two historic cookbooks: Il Cuoco Piemontese perfezionato a Parigi and Il Cuoco Galante. One of us is from Piedmont, the other from Campania, and this meeting between North and South is reflected in the dishes we prepare together. Our experiences are designed as a small journey through time, combining historical recipes, local wines and conviviality. We welcome only a few guests at a time, so we can share with them the history, flavors and warmth of our home.
