Chef Sonia Vellere, a Mediterranean cuisine instructor and food therapist, teaches Sicilian Mediterranean cuisine with love and passion. Tradition and innovation blend beautifully at Villa Mare Vento, nestled in the Salina of the Stagnone Marsala Nature Reserve. Guests can enjoy views of the salt pans.
