From a young age, I grew up surrounded by a passion for cooking, helping in the kitchen first alongside my grandmother and then my mother. During my university years, I began to develop my own cooking style, reinterpreting and enhancing traditional Sicilian dishes with a personal and contemporary touch.Since then, I have continued to cultivate my passion, focusing in particular on BBQ, desserts and Sicilian appetizers, which I love to reinterpret in a modern way while preserving their connection to my roots.After gaining professional experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant, where I worked as a meat chef de partie, I decided to turn my passion into a personal project. I opened my own home restaurant in our old family country house, which I renovated and transformed into a welcoming place where I can host guests and share my cuisine.
