A cooking class ? Any apprehension we had disapeared as soon as we meet Simona. After a warm welcome and introduction, the lesson started. The passion and the love for cooking could be felt in the choice of ingredients : fresh eggs and herbs from her garden. An inspiring time that passed so quickly. (Yes Simona, I will practice) A must do if in Sicily.
