: Guisi was a wonderful host for my family (6 of us, plus two babies). Her place is very quaint and she makes the most of her kitchen space to accommodate us all. We made 3 different types of pasta and it was delicious! Really, the experience was made exceptional because of Guisi's friendliness and knowledge on pasta. She shared her life with us and her genuinely made us feel right at home. My mom, who is well-traveled, said this was the best activity she's done on any trip she's been on.
