Graziella and Andrea are a beautiful couple with a home that they open to all! My grandmother and I attended not knowing what to expect but we came out with lovely knowledge on the area, some stories and also how to cook! Cannot recommend them more!!

We had a wonderful evening with Graziella and Andrea. We were given a warm welcome and delicious recipes for homemade pasta. The entire lesson took place on an outdoor terrace with a view of Etna and the Catania skyline, which was a big bonus. Andrea and Graziella were great hosts and in addition to good food and wine, we learned a lot about Sicilian and Italian culture and gastronomy. I highly recommend this course. Anyone who loves Italian cuisine and Italian culture in general, this is a must.

Spending a morning with Graziella and Andrea (Brian 😉) was a highlight of our trip. We not only learned how to make a delicious pasta, we also learned how to hand-roll the dough. The ridges of the pasta really make the difference! We've already ordered the items we learned to use yesterday and are excited to make them in our home soon. Graziella and Andrea welcomed us into their home where we instantly felt like family. If you're on the fence, book the class; you will not regret it!!
