- Andrea and Graziella are lovely and gracious hosts. Their 4th floor apartment has a terrace with a magnificent view. We spent hours on that terrace with the two of them learning to make fresh pasta by hand. We made three types of delicious pastas, a ricotta and pistachio ravioli filling, and now know how to make a simple but elegant 3-ingredient pasta sauce, sundried tomato and almond pesto, and Andrea told me how to make authentic sundried tomatoes. We enjoyed the food we made, along with the best coffee ever, delicious Grillo wine, and a taste of lemoncello. The food, the company, the beautiful terrace made for an unforgettable experience. I cannot think of a better way to spend time in Sicily! Do yourself a favor and book this experience. You will be so happy that you did Thank you Andrea and Graziella.
