: I recently took a Sicilian cooking class and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. My large group (11 of us) had an amazing experience with Chef Rosario. We learned how to prepare several traditional dishes, including a delicious pasta alla Norma, using fresh, local ingredients. The chef was fun, engaging, and clearly very knowledgeable, sharing tips and techniques that brought the recipes to life. What really stood out was how hands-on the class was—we weren’t just watching, but actively cooking every step of the way. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to ask questions and enjoy the process. By the end, not only did we have a great meal, but I also felt confident I could recreate these dishes at home. Highly recommended for anyone interested in authentic Sicilian cuisine.
