My name is Renata and my love for cooking comes from a long family tradition that I have always carried forward with pride and passion. I run a bistrot-pizzeria in the city center, where I take care of organization and menu creation, always aiming to combine flavor, authenticity, and creativity.I enjoy meeting new people and sharing with them what I love most: cooking as a moment of connection and togetherness. That is why I have also chosen to open the doors of my home, just a few steps from the market, a lively place full of inspiration.Here I love welcoming my guests to cook together, have fun among aromas and authentic flavors, and then enjoy the traditional dishes of my homeland in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

- Renata was wonderful The food was delicious. And her plant filled terrace in the middle of the historic center of Catania where we ate our lunch , was absolutely beautiful. A perfect cooking excursion!

We learned to make ravioli, tagliatelle, pesto, and tiramisu, and we can’t wait to recreate everything at home using what she taught us. She also shared personal stories and local recommendations that made our short stay in Catania even more special. The whole experience felt warm, intimate, and welcoming, and enjoying aperitivo and dinner on her terrace was unforgettable. We couldn’t recommend this experience more!

- What a wonderful experience in Catania! Our cooking class was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. Renata’s was incredibly welcoming, friendly and passionate about Italian cuisine. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, sharing her knowledge, traditions and cooking tips. We learned how to prepare delicious homemade ravioli with ricotta, pasta all’Eoliana and tiramisu. Everything was fresh, authentic and absolutely delicious! What made this experience truly special was the warm hospitality and personal touch. It felt less like a cooking class and more like spending an afternoon cooking with an Italian friend. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Sicilian experience. Grazie mille for such a beautiful memory!
