I’m Cesarina Renata and I love sharing traditional Sicilian and Italian recipes that have been passed down through the generations, making my guests feel right at home.
Together we’ll prepare fresh, handmade pasta: ravioli stuffed with ricotta and parsley, and tagliatelle with wild fennel pesto or Trapanese-style pesto. Before that, we’ll enjoy an aperitif with Etna wine and, to round off the meal on a sweet note, a classic tiramisu. Put on your aprons: I look forward to seeing you!

- Renata was wonderful The food was delicious. And her plant filled terrace in the middle of the historic center of Catania where we ate our lunch , was absolutely beautiful. A perfect cooking excursion!

- What a wonderful experience in Catania! Our cooking class was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. Renata’s was incredibly welcoming, friendly and passionate about Italian cuisine. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, sharing her knowledge, traditions and cooking tips. We learned how to prepare delicious homemade ravioli with ricotta, pasta all’Eoliana and tiramisu. Everything was fresh, authentic and absolutely delicious! What made this experience truly special was the warm hospitality and personal touch. It felt less like a cooking class and more like spending an afternoon cooking with an Italian friend. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic Sicilian experience. Grazie mille for such a beautiful memory!
