In this cooking class, held in my home in Pedara, I’ll guide you through the art of traditional handmade pasta, using only a rolling pin — no pasta machines — just as it was done in the old days: a true treasure of our culinary heritage. We’ll start from the basics — cleaning and cutting the pumpkin — and move on to making stuffed tortelloni and gnocchi, finishing with a soft and fragrant pumpkin bundt cake. At the end of the class, we’ll enjoy the dishes you’ve created with your own hands, savoring each bite as the result of your effort and passion.
