In this experience, I propose using seasonal products. To start, we will cook sweet and sour pumpkin, flavoured with freshly picked mint. We will prepare gnocchi with both pumpkin and broccoli and season them with butter, sage and a drop of gorgonzola to give them a lively flavour.

Since sweet and sour flavours are never lacking in Sicily, we will continue by preparing sweet and sour meatballs. Sicilian parmigiana is a must, and I will teach you the recipe according to the most ancient customs. To finish, a dessert made with fruit that will be available in my garden at the time. Harvested, prepared and eaten! I look forward to sharing a joyful cooking experience with you!

I have always had a great passion for cooking, carrying on a long family tradition. My home has always been a welcoming place, where friends and relatives would peek at the stove, curious to see what was ready to be served. Now, happily retired, I have decided to open the doors of my kitchen to anyone who wants to share this passion with me. My dishes are strictly typical of Sicily, especially from the Catanese tradition, and vary according to seasonal ingredients. I have restored an old palmento in Milo, at the foot of Mount Etna, creating a peaceful place where the view of the sea blends with the silence of the woods and the sizzling of the kitchen. Those who visit me experience authenticity, full of flavors, aromas, and traditions passed down from my grandmother Lucia, my aunt Ninì, and my mother Maria. We will pair the dishes with wines selected from the finest wineries of Etna, following the seasonality of ingredients to choose together what to cook. Come and visit me to discover the secrets of Sicilian cuisine and share an experience that feels like home, history, and the essence of the land.
