I offer authentic Sicilian cuisine, made of traditional Catanese dishes and recipes from our land: from arancini to squid ink pasta, from Montalbano-style pasta ‘ncasciata to Palermo-style anelletti, including caponata, pasta alla Norma, meat rolls, and sarde a beccafico. To finish on a fresh note, I also prepare an orange and fennel salad, simple and fragrant, just as tradition dictates.
