- Our cooking class in Sicily was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, relaxed, and completely immersed in the wonderful food and culture of Sicily. The experience was so much more than simply learning how to cook. We learned about traditional Sicilian ingredients, techniques, and the stories behind the dishes, all while having a wonderful time. They even played the traditional Sicilian music we requested. Everything prepared was absolutely delicious, and it was so special to sit down with the family together afterward and enjoy the meal we had created. Fernanda and her daughter, Irene, were warm, patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience fun and memorable. There was plenty of laughter, great conversation, dancing, and of course, amazing food! We gathered around a beautifully set table. Fernanda's husband, Nucchio, and son, Allesio, joined in the celebration of good food and local wine. We will remember this experience for a very long time and would wholeheartedly recommend this cooking class to anyone visiting Sicily. If you're looking for an authentic, personal, and delicious Sicilian experience, don't miss this class! It was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip.

- Fernanda and her family are lovely friendly open hearted people. We felt very welcome in their home. The food was delicious! By far the best food we’ve eaten in Italy. We learned some authentic techniques for making different pastas and tiramisu. These are recipes passed down from Nona, very authentic. Great communication, checking in with us the day before and on the day. She even offered to pick us up if we didn’t have transport. I highly recommend cooking with Fernanda.
