Let's prepare together the dough for a traditional Italian pizza, then we can make a classic margherita pizza with mozzarella, peeled tomatoes (tomato sauce) and basil, or a pizza with seasonal ingredients. Let's prepare the dough for a focaccia together and make a classic Italian focaccia to enjoy plain or to stuff. We can also make a richer focaccia with cherry tomatoes and onions or other seasonal ingredients. To finish, a classic of Italian cuisine: traditional tiramisu.
