- E' stata un'esperienza fantastica e memorabile. Giusy è una splendida Cesarina, ci ha accolti col cuore aperto e ci ha trasmesso tutto il suo amore per la cucina e quell'alchimia che si raggiunge a fine preparazione: un vortice di bellezza per tutti i sensi! Ci ha condotto e istruito con dolcezza e super simpatia nella preparazione della scacciata catanese e delle tipiche sfince dolci, tutto allietato da un sottofondo jazz e un buon calice di vino minerale come la terra vulcanica! Vi consiglio vivamente un salto da Giusy :)

It was like being at a friend's house and enjoying the evening. Highly recommended, one of the best experiences in a beautiful Sicily.
- Guisi was a wonderful host for my family (6 of us, plus two babies). Her place is very quaint and she makes the most of her kitchen space to accommodate us all. We made 3 different types of pasta and it was delicious! Really, the experience was made exceptional because of Guisi's friendliness and knowledge on pasta. She shared her life with us and her genuinely made us feel right at home. My mom, who is well-traveled, said this was the best activity she's done on any trip she's been on. Highly recommend you book with Guisi. We would do it again in a heartbeat!
