My kitchen will welcome you with its scents and a warm atmosphere typical of southern lands. You will love the strange alchemy that generates the meeting of good music, good wine and kneading hands. Personally, there is no better convivial tale that does not begin with cheerful people around a table ready to prepare a Sicilian scacciata.

    It was a fantastic experience, Giusi was the best host ever, nice, funny, highly professional. We had a great time cooking an Italian schacciatta, accompanied by good wine and nice music. It was like being at a friend's house and enjoying the evening. Highly recommended, one of the best experiences in a beautiful Sicily.

    Guisi was a wonderful host for my family (6 of us, plus two babies). Her place is very quaint and she makes the most of her kitchen space to accommodate us all. We made 3 different types of pasta and it was delicious! Really, the experience was made exceptional because of Guisi's friendliness and knowledge on pasta. She shared her life with us and her genuinely made us feel right at home. My mom, who is well-traveled, said this was the best activity she's done on any trip she's been on. Highly recommend you book with Guisi. We would do it again in a heartbeat!
