We will cook together in a friendly home mixing flavors and knowledge of Sicily, recipes that mothers and grandmothers have handed down and adapted to seasonality. Finally we will taste together what we have prepared and chatting about tradition and hospitality we will "taste Sicily"!

- I had a wonderful time at Antonella's. She taught me how to make pasta from scratch and we prepared two really delicious pasta dishes that we then tasted after the aperitivo. Thank you, Antonella!
- Antonella was an amazing teacher! She welcomed us into her home as if we were part of her family. We made several appetizers, a main course and dessert. We talked about the different ingredients and how they affect the flavors of the dish. When everything was prepared we set the table together and ate our delicious meal. Loved our time with Antonella!!!!! I want to go back!
- Antonella made our trip to Sicily even more special and we cannot thank her enough. Our shopping adventure through the market was one of our trips highlights. I took many pictures of the fresh vegetables , all so beautiful , the cheeses, coffees breads and pastries. We could have stayed there forever! - Antonella welcomed us into this splendid late 19th-century house, renovated and full of history in the heart of the historic center of Catania, facing Villa Bellini, the green lung of the city. An eclectic, multifaceted person and an exceptional host who guided us towards dishes that, despite being local, we were not familiar with and were pleasantly surprised by. You never stop learning. The portions were generous and the ingredients, carefully selected from small trusted shops, and she was an exceptional teacher who guided us in kneading the ravioli dough. Not one of them burst and they held their shape perfectly during cooking. Thank you very much for creating a wonderful memory and we can't wait to recreate your excellent granita!
