In my home, you'll learn the basics of preparing all the Sicilian rosticceria you love: pizzettes, cartocciate, cipolline, torciglioni, bolognesi, ricotta ravioli, cartocci, bombs, bombettes, and sicilianes. All these specialties can be made with a single dough!
In this course, I will guide you step-by-step in making pizzettes, cartocciate, sweet ricotta ravioli, and sicilianes. Additionally, you'll receive a comprehensive booklet that will allow you to easily make all the other "pieces" of the tavola calda at home, including the famous cipolline.
