Food and wine tour at the historic Fera or Luni of Catania, the city’s most iconic and lively market. Guests will be welcomed at the main venue with a welcome aperitif, before being guided through the colorful stalls to discover the aromas, flavors, and local specialties, with the opportunity to taste some of the region’s delicacies.

Upon returning, the experience continues with a hands-on cooking lesson: together we will prepare Pasta alla Norma or, upon request, another traditional Catanese dish, which will then be enjoyed alongside wines from Mount Etna.

I will guide guests step by step on an authentic journey, sharing curiosities, stories, and the secrets of Catania’s typical recipes.

I offer authentic Sicilian cuisine, made of traditional Catanese dishes and recipes from our land: from arancini to squid ink pasta, from Montalbano-style pasta ‘ncasciata to Palermo-style anelletti, including caponata, pasta alla Norma, meat rolls, and sarde a beccafico. To finish on a fresh note, I also prepare an orange and fennel salad, simple and fragrant, just as tradition dictates.
