    Este menú de verano explora las múltiples posibilidades de crear platos con un pescado versátil adecuado para cualquier cocina. Os propongo tres platos distintos en los que la anchoa desempeña un papel predominante, en tres variantes: salada, fresca y frita. No te preocupes, en los postres no habrá anchoas. Durante el encuentro, te mostraré cómo limpiar y filetear las anchoas, compartiré el antiguo método de salazón y te haré degustar incluso las espinas. Reserva ahora y te recibiré en mi encantador jardín, dentro de mi casa que data del siglo XV.     Abbiamo vissuto questa esperienza con molta curiosita', non sapevamo cosa aspettarci, ma quello che abbiamo trovato e vissuto in due ore è stato oltre le nostre aspettative; ottima accoglienza, ottimo cibo, divertimento nel prepararlo ed ottima compagnia! davvero bravo Ivan!

    This was a highlight of our trip. We were welcomed into Ivan’s home and felt instantly at home. Between the fantastic wine, food, friendly dog and engaging conversation it felt as though we were going to a friends house for dinner. We learnt about traditional customs and food from the area and also received great tips for things to try and do while we are here. It was a 10/10 experience and we will be coming back!

    Ivan’s cooking experience was the highlight of our trip. He welcomed us into his beautiful home and shared his passion for cooking with us.     I took Ivan’s 3 course cooking class where we made fresh pesto, pasta, and tiramisu! It was an incredible experience to cook with Ivan who gave us all his secret cooking tips. The class could not have been in a better setting. We cooked together in his historic home located in a lovely seaside town. We closed the evening dining in the home’s garden. I highly recommend this class!
