- Abbiamo vissuto questa esperienza con molta curiosita', non sapevamo cosa aspettarci, ma quello che abbiamo trovato e vissuto in due ore è stato oltre le nostre aspettative; ottima accoglienza, ottimo cibo, divertimento nel prepararlo ed ottima compagnia! davvero bravo Ivan!
- This was a highlight of our trip. We were welcomed into Ivan’s home and felt instantly at home. Between the fantastic wine, food, friendly dog and engaging conversation it felt as though we were going to a friends house for dinner. We learnt about traditional customs and food from the area and also received great tips for things to try and do while we are here. It was a 10/10 experience and we will be coming back!
- We had a wonderful time making pesto, ravioli and pasta with Ivan! The food and the company were fantastic, and we had so much fun! When we arrived Ivan’s wife treated us to wine and charcuterie from her shop. It was a truly lovely way to start the evening. Then Ivan escorted us to his lovely home where he taught us how to make pesto, ravioli and Corzetti a special Ligurian type of pasta. During the cooking process, he always made sure that everyone got a chance to work on each recipe and learn the proper techniques while providing lots of great tips and tricks. After all the cooking was finished, we dined al fresco in his beautiful backyard and had the most delicious tiramisu for dessert. This experience was definitely the highlight of our trip to Italy, and I can’t recommend this it enough! The food was delicious and the company was amazing, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment!

The pasta, pesto, wine, and tiramisu were better than you could get at any restaurant we have visited. We cannot say enough good things about our experience and would highly recommend!!
- Ivan and his lovely family opened their home for an unforgettable cooking experience. The food was delicious. Their house was beautiful. Ivan and the interpreter family friend was a joy to converse with. His wife, a skilled sommelier, provided amazing wine. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for something unique and immersive in Italy.
