    Te invito a vivir una experiencia culinaria única en mi casa de Olbia, donde prepararemos juntos un delicioso menú tradicional sardo de tres platos. Comenzaremos con el famoso entrante «mazza frissa», una especialidad llena de sabor. A continuación, nos pondremos manos a la obra para elaborar agnolotti sardos siguiendo la receta tradicional, con todos los secretos de la cocina sarda. Por último, terminaremos con un toque dulce preparando un sabroso tiramisú. Después de cocinar, nos sentaremos y comeremos juntos los platos que hayamos preparado. Será una experiencia única, en la que no solo cocinaremos, sino que también nos divertiremos. ¡Estoy deseando daros la bienvenida a mi casa y cocinar juntos!

    My family had an amazing experience with Maria. She was an extremely generous host, welcoming. Us into her beautiful kitchen. We look forward to trying out the new recipes. We are very grateful for this experience.

    Great cooking class, nice location. we had all the time with Maria, being the only 2 participants. that was nice, but I would recommend joining other people witch makes the experiance more special... if you have the opportunity offcourse, otherwise with the 2 of you is fine and private. Had a local dish before and made pasta and ravioli from scratch, and as desert also slef made offcourse tiramisu. great Host, great Experance great location. thank you Maria.

    Words can not describe the love, our group has for Maria and her cooking class. Her patience with our husbands' cooking abilities, (haha) her want to have us learn her beautiful ways of cooking, and how much she enjoyed us coming to her home and letting us have a sneak peek into her life was simply amazing. The food was the best we've ever tasted. I would recommend Maria 10 out of 10 times. It's a must-do class while visiting Sardinia.

    What a lovely morning we had at Maria Immacolata! The three hours flew by. She spoke with such passion about the ingredients and the preparation of the tiramisu and the two types of pasta. We throughly enjoyed making the dishes ourselves, and in between, we had some great conversations. Afterwards, we got to taste our own homemade pasta and tiramisu, accompanied by a glass of wine and an aperitif. It was truly worth it! Thank you, Maria!

    We enjoyed our evening with Maria! Her kitchen is beautiful, and we started with a tiramisu that seemed so simple to make, and it was delicious! We then moved onto the pasta, making 2 different versions of agnolotti, one with a tomato sauce and the other with butter and sage. The appetizers were delicious, and I've never had such fresh-tasting bruschetta! The creamy pecorino spread was also heavenly. She was a lovely host and shared the stories behind the culinary traditions and history of the food we were making.
