«Vivo en Génova, en la zona de Foce, donde desemboca el río Bisagno, a lo largo del cual los llamados «Besagnini» cultivaban sus huertos en la Edad Media. Desde mi casa, a pocos pasos del centro histórico, se pueden admirar los famosos fuertes de Génova y el conocido monte Fasce.Mi padre Emiliano y mi madre Toscana me transmitieron la pasión por la buena mesa con recetas sencillas. Me encanta compartir experiencias gastronómicas con amigos y familiares».

I got this cooking class as a Birthday Gift from my Brother and I LOVED it. My made two different types of Pasta and a Tiramisu as a dessert. The atmosphere was so welcoming and the food very delicious. I can highly recommend a cooking class with Daniela

The activity was an amazing experience. Our host Ms. Daniela was welcoming and really great with teaching two different pasta, two sauce recipes and tiramisu. Me and my Wife enjoyed the process teaching and company of the Host. I would definitely recommend this to foodies, couples and small group of friends who would like to have a local Italian experience. Again, A special thanks to Ms. Daneila for making us comfortable and teaching us to make amazing food.
