On t'accueillera dans notre maison au milieu de la campagne toscane, où tu pourras profiter d'une atmosphère paisible et te détendre tout en préparant les plats savoureux de notre tradition. Les produits que tu utiliseras sont locaux, tu apprendras à composer des bruschette avec du pain à base de farine de blé ancien et des ingrédients de saison. Les raviolis faits à la main avec la farine du moulin et farcis de délicieuses herbes du potager accompagnées de ricotta du berger. Pour finir, vous pourrez préparer votre dessert (tarte ou biscuits à la confiture maison avec nos fruits ou tiramisù aux saveurs toscanes).
We had such a special experience with Bernardo and Carmen. We learnt so much about Tuscan cooking and had such an enjoyable experience with their private cooking class. Moreso, we loved getting to know them both and sharing the experience. Such a lovely couple who made our Tuscan stay even more memorable.

Bernardo and Carmen were nothing short of amazing! They were as kind as could be, opened their beautiful home up to us and made sure we were well fed with memories and recipes we will carry with us. From local appetizers and pre-planned snacks to the exceptional cooking lesson with great tips and unique flare, we would absolutely recommend this cooking class and hope to come back ourselves!
