Notre voyage commencera par la visite d'un ancien moulin à huile de Bute, une véritable plongée dans la vie d'autrefois. Avec un guide, nous découvrirons les secrets de l'huilerie et dégusterons l'excellente huile d'olive extra vierge des Monts Pisans, fruit d'une tradition séculaire.
Après cette expérience authentique, je t'accueillerai dans ma cuisine pour un cours de cuisine « les mains dans la pâte » : on préparera ensemble des tagliatelles, des raviolis ou des gnocchis, qu'on dégustera ensuite tous ensemble autour de ma table dans une ambiance conviviale et familiale.
Le grand final sera consacré aux desserts typiques : le castagnaccio à la ricotta, les cantuccini toscans avec du Vin Santo, la tarte à la ricotta de grand-mère ou l'intemporel tiramisù. Un parcours de saveurs, de traditions et de partage qui restera dans votre cœur et votre palais.

- The most wonderful experience in Tuscany. We came across this on TripAdvisor and decided to book it the week before we arrived in Tuscany and it was the best decision we could have made. Cosetta and Paolo were so warm and welcoming and we learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch. The atmosphere was brilliant.
