The culinary tradition of Michela’s family is deeply rooted in the island: Michela’s two grandmothers handed their recipes and secrets down to her, and her mother always gave her free reign in the kitchen. Now, Michela has the good fortune to have a partner with a great passion for the earth. When you dine in their home, you’ll find the finest local seasonal produce and excellent wine.

- My Husband and I had a wonderful dining experience for this very authentic cooking class on this excursion Our hosts were delightful and hospitable and the food was completely authentic & delicious Italian with homegrown ingredients and made with a lot of love!! I highly recommend this experience

- Our dinner with Michela & Ugo was spectacular. Amazing hosts, incredible food, and very cute pets too. 10/10 would recommend to anybody traveling to Ischia interested in embracing/learning about the culture. We had the best time - would do it again if we were staying in Ischia longer.
