Immergiti in un'esperienza culinaria esclusiva nel cuore di Venezia. Partiremo con una passeggiata vicino alla mia abitazione, dove ti mostrerò le bellezze nascoste della città e proseguiremo con un tour del mercato locale per farti vivere l'essenza della vita veneziana scoprendo la freschezza e l'autenticità dei prodotti locali. Avrai l'opportunità di degustare piatti deliziosi, come: gamberoni con chips di cavolo nero, capasanta con bacon e salvia, una vellutata di zucca e liquirizia, risotto alle vongole e scampi per poi concludere con un buonissimo tiramisù e sorseggiare un prosecco Soave. Inoltre, sarò pronto a soddisfare le vostre curiosità riguardo alla storia e ai segreti culinari. Potrete conoscere le storie, le leggende e i racconti che ogni veneziano impara sin da bambino.

- Mauro was delightful! Everything was more than we expected. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends. The food was delicious and the hospitality was wonderful! We had a great evening with him.
- Grandios! Wir hatten zu meinem Geburtstag ein 3-Gänge-Menü bei einem Local gebucht und bekamen das beste Geschenk überhaupt: wir durften Mauro kennenlernen, unseren charmanten, humorvollen und stilvollen Gastgeber. Er ist Venezianer und bekochte uns auf das Leckerste mit regionalen, super frischen Produkten. Alles schmeckte köstlich, fein abgestimmt und raffiniert. Einfach toll! Statt der 3 gebuchten Gänge wurden wir mit 6 überrascht. Es hat uns super Freude gebracht und wir haben uns sehr angeregt unterhalten. Es gab von Cichetti über perfektes hausgemachtes Pesto und hausgemachte Tagliatelle in verschieden Varianten mit Riesengarnelen oder Babykalamar (beides super frisch vom Rialtomarkt) bis zum ebenfalls umwerfenden Tiramisu. Dazu tranken wir passende Getränke, natürliche durften dabei weder Select Sprizz noch ein wirklich guter Prosecco oder Kaffee zum Abschluss fehlen. Wir fühlen uns sehr beschenkt und danken dir nochmals von Herzen, lieber Mauro! Bis zum nächsten Mal
- We had a wonderful evening with Mauro and enjoyed preparing 2 delicious pasta and a tiramisu. Mauro was a perfect host giving insights into the venezian kitchen and culture. We can strongly recommend to book a cooking lesson with him! Thanks Mauro from all 6 of us !!
- We had a wonderful trip to Italy, but the true Highlight of the trip was cooking with Mauro our Cesarine. It was truly a delightful experience. I would do it again and again. He was so knowledgeable about Venice and the history as well as the beautiful foods of the region. We had 3 generations ages 16-63...Thank you for the wonderful experience... Magnifico !!!
- Mauro was a fantastic host and teacher, we had a really lovely and special morning, we'd booked as part of a 30th birthday trip to Venice and this made the weekend! We've come away with the knowledge of how to make fresh pasta and Tiramisu and memories of a lovely morning. Mauro went above and beyond to make our visit special so very grateful for his time :)
