I had an incredible cooking experience with Timea at her beautiful beach house in Sicily, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, Timea was warm, kind, and easy to talk to - she made me feel right at home. Her knowledge of Sicilian cuisine is exceptionally impressive, and she shared so many secrets into traditional recipes that made the experience all the more special. The beach house itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, perfect for an authentic Sicilian meal. Timea prepared a range of delicious appetizers, including olives, local meats, cheese, fresh bread, olive oil, and even a homemade dip she had prepared in advance. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and it set the stage for what turned out to be the best food I had on my entire trip! We made fresh busiate pasta and Sicilian cannoli, and I was amazed at how fresh and flavorful everything tasted. Timea even went out of her way to put me in contact with her friend to buy freshly pressed olive oil, so I could take a piece of Sicily home with me. The whole experience was unforgettable, and I’m so grateful to have learned from someone as passionate and talented as Timea. It’s more than just a cooking class, it’s an immersion into the heart of Sicilian hospitality and cuisine. If you’re considering this experience, don’t hesitate. It’s an absolute must! By far my favourite part of my whole trip to Sicily! Lots of thanks from Canada!!

We had the most amazing evening at the home of @timyinsicily. We made fresh pasta busiate trapanese and cannoli with ricotta, paired with aperol and white wine. The food was delicious and we learned so much about Sicilian cooking and ingredients. The host was so friendly and welcoming, and our dinner sunset view was spectacular. A very special experience - 10/10!

Da tre anni risiedo in Sicilia, dove mi dedico alla stesura di ricette tipiche italiane e siciliane, con l'intento di condividerle con i miei followers ungheresi, americani e non solo. Fin dalla mia infanzia, ho nutrito una passione per la cucina, passione che è stata ulteriormente alimentata dal mio fidanzato siciliano, che mi ha trasmesso numerose deliziose ricette locali. Desidero offrire ai turisti qui in Sicilia lezioni  per imparare a preparare in casa i classici cannoli siciliani e tante altre ricette in abitazione incantevole con vista sul mare.
