Wat leuk om bij Luisa en haar familie te mogen koken en eten! De ontvangst was hartelijk en alles was goed voorbereid. De keuken van Luisa is netjes en schoon en haar zoon vertaalde alles wat ze vertelde in het Engels. Het is een pittig klusje om pasta te maken. Luisa draaide het zelf door de machine. Gezellig gegeten en getafeld terwijl ondertussen de familie alles opruimde. Bijzonder om dit bij iemand thuis te doen. Antipasti, wijn en water was inbegrepen bij deze workshop. Veel succes Luisa!

We had a wonderful time with Luisa and her family. Her son was able to translate so we could understand everything. She was willing to adapt the menu to our preferences, and they welcomed us so warmly. Luisa is self-taught and we learned so much. It was the best casoncelli we have tasted! We would definitely recommend this class.

7star experience. The host and her family met us and hosted a perfect evening with traditional pastamaking. She walked us through every step which was topped with a nice dinner where we were served what we had made. Highly recommended.

This was an amazing class and cultural experience that I would highly recommend. I spent a morning learning to make and cook pasta with Luisa and her family, culminating in a lovely lunch with the family. I learned a ton and felt so welcomed in their home. It’s great to get away from the tourist and spend some time with an Italian family. I have already put my new skills to work and prepared a fresh pasta meal for a dinner party. Delicious food, warm and fun people, what else could one ask for 🤩. Book this experience now!
