Anschließend startest du eine gastronomische Tour durch das bezaubernde Viertel Pratello, ein Boheme-Viertel, das für seine authentischen Restaurants und malerischen Straßen bekannt ist. Die Reise endet im Haus unseres lokalen Gastgebers Maurizio, wo du einen großzügigen Aperitif mit einer Auswahl köstlicher Produkte aus Bologna genießen kannst. - E’ stata un’esperienza super! Abbiamo chiesto di organizzare una piccola sfida culinaria tra colleghi di lavoro. Maurizio ci ha accolti nella sua casa deliziosa, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio, il clima era divertente e famigliare… e dopo un abbondante aperitivo ( tutto on made ) accompagnato da ottimo spumante, abbiamo messo “le mani in pasta “. Maurizio ci ha guidati in questa esperienza raccontandoci origini e dandoci dritte per stendere al meglio la pasta… ed a risultato finito, abbiamo cucinato ed assaporato i nostri prodotti, continuando a brindare. Decretato il vincitore ( premiato in un originalissimo gadget) abbiamo anche assaggiato una torta la cui ricetta segreta fa parte del patrimonio di Famiglia di Maurizio, possiamo solo dire che era davvero sorprendente. La giornata e’ stata davvero piacevole. Era quello di cui avevamo bisogno: accoglienza, condivisione e divertimento. Un esperienza da consigliare e da rifare!
- Maurizio and Marco were absolutely delightful guides and hosts — they were warm, kind, and most importantly, made sure to complete my Bologna experience with the best food in town. Maurizio's tagliatelle is exquisite — but what I'll remember are a lovely pair of tour guides who made my solo trip through Italy just a little more memorable. Highly recommended for other LGBTQ+ travelers looking for a sense of community as they make their way through Bologna.
- Perfect host! This was our favorite cooking experience we have ever done. A lot of it is because of Maurizio. He was very knowledgable, charismatic and welcoming. He made us feel at home from the moment we walked into his home. The day really flew by. The food was sensational. We highly recommend this experience but make sure you request Maurizio! OH, he also asked about our trip and made recommendations on places to see and where we can go based on what we had planned. We took his suggestions and were really happy we did. Thank you for an incredible day!
- We really loved the class we took with Maurizio. He has a true passion for cooking and teaching and we had such a good time learning from him. And his recipes were so delicious and he was a wonderful host. We can’t wait to start making our own homemade pasta now, we feel more confident now. Thanks again Maurizio!!
- Sono stata invitata a un compleanno organizzato da Maurizio. Una meravigliosa scoperta. Maurizio ci ha accolto in una bellissima casa, con uno stupendo balcone sui tetti di Bologna. Tutto organizzato perfettamente, abbiamo mangiato piatti buonissimi, tra questi una lasagna perfetta, che ha conquistato tutti i bolognesi presenti. È stato un bel compleanno, perché c’era tutto, accoglienza, location che ti fa sentire a casa, cibo fantastico, vini e sangria ottimi e Maurizio il miglior padrone di casa che si possa desiderare!
