Matilde empfängt uns in einer historischen Landvilla vor den Toren von Lecce, der barocksten Stadt Italiens. Unsere Cesarina liebt es seit jeher zu kochen, vor allem für ihre Familie, und zu Hause auch das zuzubereiten, was man kaufen kann, wie Brot, Kekse und Süßigkeiten aller Art. Sie organisiert gerne Veranstaltungen für Freunde und neue Gäste: „Ich bin mir sicher, dass ich als Cesarina meine Liebe zum Kochen noch mehr ausleben kann.“

: Great and fun cooking experience!we learned to prepare homemade pasta and a mandarini crostata. We've learned so much and she gave us a lot of small tips that make cooking easier. Matilde and Carlo were lovely people who gave us a very warm welcome to their home. We highly recommend taking the course.
: We were received by Matilde and Carlo for a very nice time in their beatiful house. Matilde explained us how to cook pasta and tiramisu, and gave us tips and shared her experience. Carlo also shared with us how life is in Puglia anf both were really nice. They really care to make you appreciate the moment. Thank you both for the memories we will keep in mind when eating orecchiette and tiramisu !
