The holidays are over, but Christmas leftovers are still there. Turn them into a dish that goes with everything and is easy to store with our recipe!
We often buy meat and vegetables specifically to make this type of recipe, but it's much more convenient to use something that's already been cooked. Here's our classic meatloaf recipe, which you can make with any type of meat and finely chopped boiled vegetables you already have in the fridge. The only thing to keep an eye on is the quantities: adjust the ingredients to your taste, and you're good to go!
