Discover the cuisine starting with its most authentic ingredients: those grown by local farmers. Guests will taste a selection of cicchetti prepared with typical Lessinia cold cuts and cheeses, served as an aperitif in the garden. We will cook together a risotto with herbs from the garden, prepared with Vialone Nano rice, and then enjoy the main course and dessert, accompanied by stories and anecdotes related to the dishes on offer.
Weather permitting, guests will also be able to visit our small olive grove.

- Cristiana’s cooking class was wonderful from the very beginning when she welcomed my mom and I into her lovely home with open arms. We had an amazing tour of her beautiful home and learned about its history. At the outset, she also prepared some tasty snacks and local wine, which we were able to try before cooking. During the class itself, Cristiana was clear, patient, and funny — generally wonderful to be around — and we loved both pastas we learned to make. She was also incredibly helpful in provide local restaurant recommendations (we tried every one, and they were all amazing). I would very highly recommend you take a class with her to not only learn how to make amazing food, but also meet an kind and funny individual who loves to share her passion for food and meeting others. - There are no words to describe how wonderful our experience was with Cristiana. Her passion for both cooking and hospitality are evident in every aspect of the experience. Her home is wonderful, the food was fresh and the lesson was well presented. I love to cook so the opportunity to cook with a chef who learned from her grandmother will be my best experience in Italy. I wanted to learn something new so it wonderful to make a dish that I can now make at home. - Highly recommended! Christina welcomed us very warmly right away, and we immediately felt at home in her cozy house! There was delicious wine, and the homemade gnocchi were easy to make and tasted outstanding. We had great conversations while cooking and eating, and we even received some valuable tips for the rest of our trip!
