    Learning about the cuisine starting with its peasant ingredients, guests will taste a selection of cicchetti prepared with Lessinia cold cuts and cheeses,

    The aperitif will be served in the garden. We will cook a herb risotto from the garden with vialone nano rice . We will taste the main course and dessert together telling anecdotes and stories related to the proposed dishes. If time permits guests will have the opportunity to see our small olive grove

    Amazing time with Cristiana and her lovely home! She was so open, welcoming, and authentic. We made lovely pastas, she incorporated our preferences so well, and was so attentive to our needs. Amazing property and we were able to learn so much and laugh so much. A group of us 4 really enjoyed the time together.

    John and I had a marvelous morning with Cristiana in her charming home! We were first able to meet her cute chickens who so kindly shared their eggs for making our tagliatelle and tortellini. Both served with a wonderful local red wine. The lesson was quite easy to follow (except for our ineptitude at making the tortellini!) . The results of our efforts were delicious!! All the while totally enjoying our free flowing conversation with Cristiana, who speaks very good English. We highly recommend her class and would take it again if we ever make it back to this beautiful Verona!

    If I could give this class 10 stars I would! Cristiana was an INCREDIBLE chef and host. We were honored to be hosted in her home and she shared so much with us about the local area, cooking, and also would help me with my Italian. I was actually sad when we had to leave as it felt like we were with family. Cristiana taught us tiramisu, pizza and we even had time to make focaccia. The recipes were simple, delicious and Cristiana was very prepared. We learned that she had previously had a restaurant and her experience shows. Thank you Cristiana for one of our most memorable experiences and please hug cat for us ♥️

    Cristiana was fantastic. We found the place easily, she was awaiting us already. We had a wonderful, relaxing time cooking, chatting, having some wine. When coming home from our trip we tried to make the pasta ourselves and it was a succes. Thanks Christiana for such a wonderful workshop!
