We’ll start with a tasting of local wines, from Pinot Grigio to Valpolicella, paired with traditional cicchetti (small regional bites). Then, we’ll cook together the famous Amarone risotto. - The pizza course by Cristiana was great! I had some experience and wanted to learn the finer lessons to improve, and was not disappointed. Also a beautiful place to experience the Italian lifestyle with family.
