  • Green farfalle (homemade pasta) with meat sauce

We’ll make farfalle together, a simple pasta shape to prepare but with a striking visual impact. The dough will be naturally colored green thanks to blended spinach, giving the pasta a vibrant hue and a direct connection to home-style cooking.

The pasta will then be served with a classic ragù, one of the iconic ingredients of Italian tradition, known and loved all over the world. During the experience, I’ll share its story, its role in our cuisine, and the little details that make it so special. To complete the experience, the tasting will be paired with a glass of Valpolicella, a traditional red wine from the Verona region, perfectly enhancing the flavors of the dish and making the moment even more enjoyable.
