Let's discover Vialone Nano rice, a gastronomic excellence of the Verona area. We will share with our guests the traditional method handed down from our grandmothers to prepare rice a la pilota.
Again using Vialone Nano, we will prepare together a delicious Valpolicella risotto with radicchio and Monte Veronese, and then enjoy it in our garden, surrounded by the olive trees in our field.

- We had an absolutely fantastic cooking class with the sweetest host, Cristiana, in the comfort of her own home. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with so much warmth and enthusiasm. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, relaxed and welcoming. We made two different types of pasta and learned so many wonderful tips and tricks about Italian cuisine along the way. We were encouraged to ask anything, experience everything, taste, feel and, most importantly, get hands-on and do it ourselves. Cristiana shares her knowledge and passion with such genuine enthusiasm and warmth, making the whole experience feel incredibly personal and special. It was such a wonderful, fun and educational afternoon, and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. If you want to truly experience Italian cuisine while having an unforgettable time, you absolutely have to take a cooking class with Cristiana! 🇮🇹❤️

- What an experience! A very lovely lady with a pleasant workshop! It was scorching hot, and she adjusted her approach slightly to ensure it remained pleasant and fun. She brought plenty of fresh water to keep us well-hydrated. We got to get to work ourselves and received a good explanation. She works with traditional products and her own produce from the garden. A very lovely experience and we ate very delicious pizzas! 🍕🍕😋 To finish it off, homemade tiramisu was served. Deliciously fresh! Thank you for the wonderful experience! Thank you, Christina ❤️
