Let's discover Vialone Nano rice, a gastronomic excellence of the Verona area. We will share with our guests the traditional method handed down from our grandmothers to prepare rice a la pilota.
Again using Vialone Nano, we will prepare together a delicious Valpolicella risotto with radicchio and Monte Veronese, and then enjoy it in our garden, surrounded by the olive trees in our field.

- What an experience! A very lovely lady with a pleasant workshop! It was scorching hot, and she adjusted her approach slightly to ensure it remained pleasant and fun. She brought plenty of fresh water to keep us well-hydrated. We got to get to work ourselves and received a good explanation. She works with traditional products and her own produce from the garden. A very lovely experience and we ate very delicious pizzas! 🍕🍕😋 To finish it off, homemade tiramisu was served. Deliciously fresh! Thank you for the wonderful experience! Thank you, Christina ❤️

- A wonderful experience! Cri was fabulous from the first moment we met. After a wonderful latte, we went shopping for local ingredients and the. Went to their lovely home. Cri taught me how to make delicious tortellini with a yummy but simple sauce, which we then enjoyed together. I learned so much,but better yet,I have a wonderful new friend.
