Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Shared Experience
Your experience
  • Gnocchi with tomato sauce
  • Ravioli stuffed with ricotta and lemon
  • Tiramisu

I invite you to my home in Verona, the city of love, of Romeo and Juliet, for a cooking class dedicated to homemade fresh pasta. During the class, we will prepare two classic dishes loved by Italians and enjoyed around the world: gnocchi, which we will dress with a fresh and fragrant tomato sauce, and ravioli, filled with a lively ricotta and lemon filling.

And to end on a sweet note, we will make tiramisù, the timeless dessert, a symbol of Italian cuisine and loved worldwide. It will be an experience full of great food, conviviality, and the joy of cooking together, immersed in the romantic and unique atmosphere of Verona.

I hold a degree in Art History and a specialization in Restoration, but my greatest passion has always lived in the kitchen. That’s where it all began—in my grandmother’s kitchen—among time-honored gestures, familiar aromas, and a deep respect for tradition. It was there that I learned cooking is a way to care for others, to tell a story, and to create meaningful connections. In recent years, I lived abroad, spending three and a half years in London and one year in Dubai. These experiences enriched me deeply and, somewhat paradoxically, strengthened my bond with Italian cuisine, which I continued to carry with me and share even far from home. Today, I live in Verona, my hometown, in the heart of the historic city center, just a short walk from the Duomo. Here, I’ve chosen to open the doors of my kitchen to welcome those who wish to enjoy a truly Italian and convivial experience: cooking classes inspired by family recipes, local ingredients, and the pleasure of being together—sharing flavors and stories worth telling.
