Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

You will learn how to prepare gnocchi in all their variations: classic potato gnocchi, pumpkin gnocchi, and traditional gnocchi di malga, typical of the Verona area.

You will be welcomed with an aperitif in the garden and, together, we will get our hands into the dough to create these specialties. The course will end on a sweet note with a dessert made of gnocchi with butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Everything will be accompanied by a good Valpolicella wine. This course is suitable for everyone: at the end of the experience, you will be able to easily recreate the recipes at home. As an old saying goes: “Laugh, laugh, because mom has made gnocchi!”
