As a child, my small task in the kitchen when we were making potato gnocchi was to create the grooves with a fork. At the time, it seemed like a tiny, almost insignificant role, but reliving that gesture today means returning to that kitchen, perched on a chair because the table was too high, surrounded by the aromas of fresh pasta and the tradition of my land.

Together we will make potato gnocchi, learning to give them the perfect shape and the characteristic texture that makes them unique. Once ready, we will dress them according to the tradition of southern Verona, with a tomato sauce enriched with a touch of cinnamon and sugar, a combination that surprises and delights, telling stories of peasant and home cooking.
