The tasting will be accompanied by a selection of local wines, specially chosen to pair with each dish, and enriched by stories that recount the history of these recipes, with a detailed description of the preparation methods.
After the tasting, we’ll take a stroll through our small olive grove, rounding off the experience with a good cup of coffee.
