We will use fresh, wholesome ingredients sourced directly from our organic farm. We will pick vegetables from the garden and get fresh eggs from the chicken coop, for a truly km 0 experience. You will discover the secrets of homemade pasta, with a creative and seasonal twist. It will be a special time between nature, taste and conviviality!

- We had the most lovely time learning how to make pasta with Gigliola using ingredients from her organic farm. We, a family of three, with a 18 year old son, all felt it was the best experience of our vacation and we are so happy it was Gigliola who was our guide, with her warm and generous sharing of her experience and expertise for the authentic Italian cuisine. We left with full stomachs and full hearts for this experience. Our warmest recommendations.
