Small Group hands-on cooking class with 2 pasta recipes and tiramisù followed by an Italian aperitivo and lunch or dinner with the dishes prepared during the class

After the reception, we will turn to the creation of dessert, the classic tiramisu. Afterwards, we will move to the veranda to enjoy a trio of appetizers, accompanied by a glass of prosecco, recounting aspects of our lives. We will then return to the kitchen for our guests to be guided to learn the art of pasta making, particularly tagliatelle and ravioli but also gnocchi or orecchiette. Finally, we will gather at the table to enjoy the dishes we have prepared, enriched by our unique seasonings and flavors, favoring typical and seasonal products. With food, we will try to convey knowledge about the place, its history and local traditions and products to satisfy guests' curiosity.

Es war großartig! Maria ist eine sehr warmherzige Gastgeberin und hat mir mit ihrer temperamentvollen Art viel beigebracht und den Kochkurs sehr unterhaltsam gestaltet. Die Sprachbarriere, vor der ich mich sorgte, war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir kommunizierten auf Englisch und manchmal mit Händen und Füßen 😉. Ich kann den Kurs jedem empfehlen. I really enjoy working in the kitchen and love learning to prepare new dishes, which, along with traditional recipes, are always well-received at my table. I have Neapolitan origins, so those who come to eat at my place usually prefer that cuisine. However, I take pleasure in cooking any kind of recipe: from appetizers, soups, first and second courses of meat and fish, to desserts. All of this is tied to a light and flavorful cuisine, limiting the use of fats and fried foods.
