    Join a unique experience in the Lower Garda region, immersed in nature and flavor, guided by an expert herbalist. Together, we will discover wild herbs, learning to recognize them, understand their properties, and use them in cooking. After the botanical walk, we’ll enjoy a "wild" picnic with seasonal specialties such as flower focaccia, barburgerino, wild salad, and aranciock dessert, all made with fresh herbs. We’ll offer refreshing drinks like spring water, herbal teas, and coffee (beer and wine excluded). Bring a blanket or a musical instrument for a day in harmony with nature. A foraging journey, a sustainable tradition to rediscover the authentic bond between humans and nature.

    During the lockdown, while I was at home, I found a notebook that contained something very precious to me. I remember that, as a child, I had started writing my grandmother's recipes in that notebook while watching her cook with joy, often singing. One day, she told me: “Whatever you decide to do in your life, learn to cook, because your kitchen will always bring home the people you love.” It was only years later, with that discovery, that I truly understood its meaning. Mothers have always nurtured humanity by keeping the fire of care alive. Amidst our frenzy, we have forgotten what every woman knows deep down: there is a sacred bond. Humanity is the child of mothers, and today, more than ever, it desperately needs to be cared for. The recipes I share are those of my family, rooted in my Puglian origins, based on vegetables, fish, and legumes. And it is well known that Puglia is the birthplace of the world's best cuisine, that of the Mediterranean diet.
