Hi from Maria!

I really enjoy working in the kitchen and love learning to prepare new dishes, which, along with traditional recipes, are always well-received at my table. I have Neapolitan origins, so those who come to eat at my place usually prefer that cuisine. However, I take pleasure in cooking any kind of recipe: from appetizers, soups, first and second courses of meat and fish, to desserts. All of this is tied to a light and flavorful cuisine, limiting the use of fats and fried foods.

I attended the 'Colored Pasta' Class with Mario. I so much enjoyed the time with her - she is a great and inspiring personality! She shared her vast knowledge and made sure I was able to make it with the ingredients I can get at home. She took also great care to show the movements (to form the Tortellini) so I can replicate the forming. I would definitely attend other classes with her!

Our cooking night with Mariolina was so much fun!! We visited her on our honeymoon in Lake Garda, and it’s been the most fun part of our trip. We learned to make classic pastas and the best tiramisu I’ve ever had. Mariolina is very kind, welcoming, and funny, we highly recommend her class to anyone wanting to enjoy a fun Italian cooking experience!

La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. Maria ci ha fatto sentire come a casa mentre ci preparava deliziosi piatti che abbiamo fatto fuori in men che non si dica! Bravissima cuoca, piena di interessi e attenta ai suoi ospiti! Sicuramente un'esperienza diversa da quella che può offrire un ristorante. Consiglio di farle visita se vi trovate in zona. Io ho potuto sperimentare quest'esperienza grazie ad una Smartbox che mi è stata regalata.

Maria made us feel very welcome. We were two adults and one child. Our son loved her dogs but he really enjoyed be able to be hands on in making all the pasta and tirimisu. I am vegetarian which was very well catered for. Would highly recommend.
