I really enjoy working in the kitchen and love learning to prepare new dishes, which, along with traditional recipes, are always well-received at my table. I have Neapolitan origins, so those who come to eat at my place usually prefer that cuisine. However, I take pleasure in cooking any kind of recipe: from appetizers, soups, first and second courses of meat and fish, to desserts. All of this is tied to a light and flavorful cuisine, limiting the use of fats and fried foods.

We would leave 10 stars for Mariolina!!! We had the most amazing pasta and tiramisu lessons in her home! As my husband is from the Naples area, she and he had so much to talk about. Our granddaughter, Capri loved making the pasta and various shapes and enjoyed this experience immensely. Mariolina’s signature sauce was one we will prepare at home! In addition, she prepared some delicious appetizers and prosecco, but the best part was eating our creations. We made tagliatelle, ravioli, tortellini, spaghetti, and a special orchiette pasta. In addition, the tiramisu was amazing. She even prepared her own limoncello! We will remember our time with our new friend fondly!

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Maria. She very warmly welcomed us into her home. I’ve been wanting to learn how to make gnocchi for ages having unsuccessfully tried before. Maria helped me troubleshoot and learn. We made a delicious lunch with antipasti, tiramisu, local wine and limoncello to top it off. I would highly recommend learning from Maria. It has been a highlight of our trip to Italy.
