Autumn has arrived, bringing with it the scents, colors, and flavors that warm the heart.

To celebrate the season, I’m delighted to welcome you with a fall-inspired aperitif featuring bruschetta with autumn flavors. I’ll then guide you in creating a simple yet delicious dessert with chestnut cream, followed by the preparation of a velvety pumpkin soup — a soft and comforting first course, perfect for warming up the colder days. While the pumpkin cooks, we’ll dive into the wonderful art of watercolor painting. Using water and colors, we’ll create splashes and shades that will come together, in a creative and personal way, to form an abstract image. In the end, each of you will complete a small painting with a passe-partout to take home as a keepsake of this experience. See you soon!

A casa di Mariolina è stato come entrare a casa di una amica conosciuta da sempre. Oltre al clima familiare, le ricette proposte sono state sfiziose e facilmente replicabili. I really enjoy working in the kitchen and love learning to prepare new dishes, which, along with traditional recipes, are always well-received at my table. I have Neapolitan origins, so those who come to eat at my place usually prefer that cuisine. However, I take pleasure in cooking any kind of recipe: from appetizers, soups, first and second courses of meat and fish, to desserts. All of this is tied to a light and flavorful cuisine, limiting the use of fats and fried foods.
