Autumn has arrived, bringing with it the scents, colors, and flavors that warm the heart.
To celebrate the season, I’m delighted to welcome you with a fall-inspired aperitif featuring bruschetta with autumn flavors. I’ll then guide you in creating a simple yet delicious dessert with chestnut cream, followed by the preparation of a velvety pumpkin soup — a soft and comforting first course, perfect for warming up the colder days. While the pumpkin cooks, we’ll dive into the wonderful art of watercolor painting. Using water and colors, we’ll create splashes and shades that will come together, in a creative and personal way, to form an abstract image. In the end, each of you will complete a small painting with a passe-partout to take home as a keepsake of this experience. See you soon!

Her passion and knowledge of delicious Italian food really shine through — she took time to explain every step with such clarity and enthusiasm. She made the whole class great fun, keeping our two boys completely engaged from start to finish. Maria welcomed us into her home with warmth, preparing a spread of delicious appetisers and making us feel instantly at ease. We loved learning how to make two types of pasta and gelato, and she adapted everything so thoughtfully to our vegan, vegetarian and allergy needs. It was a truly special experience for all of us, and we can’t recommend her highly enough.

I have Neapolitan origins, so those who come to eat at my place usually prefer that cuisine. However, I take pleasure in cooking any kind of recipe: from appetizers, soups, first and second courses of meat and fish, to desserts. All of this is tied to a light and flavorful cuisine, limiting the use of fats and fried foods.
