Risotto is one of the signature dishes of Italian cuisine: unique, yet incredibly versatile, it changes flavor and color following the seasons. I will guide you step by step in the preparation of a fragrant and creamy risotto, choosing together the most suitable ingredients for the season. We will enjoy it together, accompanied by a glass of prosecco, immersed in the quiet of my veranda overlooking the garden. And to end on a sweet note, there will be no shortage of homemade dessert, good coffee and a small glass of limoncino prepared by me. An authentic experience among flavors, nature and conviviality.

- We had the most wonderful experience cooking with Maria. Her passion and knowledge of delicious Italian food really shine through — she took time to explain every step with such clarity and enthusiasm. She made the whole class great fun, keeping our two boys completely engaged from start to finish. Maria welcomed us into her home with warmth, preparing a spread of delicious appetisers and making us feel instantly at ease. We loved learning how to make two types of pasta and gelato, and she adapted everything so thoughtfully to our vegan, vegetarian and allergy needs. It was a truly special experience for all of us, and we can’t recommend her highly enough.

I have Neapolitan origins, so those who come to eat at my place usually prefer that cuisine. However, I take pleasure in cooking any kind of recipe: from appetizers, soups, first and second courses of meat and fish, to desserts. All of this is tied to a light and flavorful cuisine, limiting the use of fats and fried foods.
