Everyone loves pizza! I often make it at home, either in a pan or in the form of panzerotti stuffed with ricotta or with tomato and mozzarella. I can assure you that, in both cases, they disappear in an instant as soon as they come out of the oven! It will be fun to get our hands dirty with water, flour, and yeast to create irresistible pizzas together, topped with different ingredients and capable of bringing joy and flavor to the table.

- Our cooking class with Maria was fabulous! My family and I were a total of 10 people for the class and lunch and Maria welcomed us into her home with such warmth and friendliness. She’s an exceptional teacher. We created homemade pasta that was just delicious. It was a true highlight of our trip. I recommend enthusiastically to do this class for your next trip.
- Being at Mariolina’s house felt like walking into the home of a lifelong friend. In addition to the family atmosphere, the recipes offered were delicious and easy to recreate. It was definitely an experience to be repeated, alone or with company, assured of the warmth with which Mariolina welcomes people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Cesarina from 2023Location: Desenzano del Garda (BS) Languages: Italian and EnglishI really enjoy working in the kitchen and love learning to prepare new dishes, which, along with traditional recipes, are always well-received at my table. I have Neapolitan origins, so those who come to eat at my place usually prefer that cuisine. However, I take pleasure in cooking any kind of recipe: from appetizers, soups, first and second courses of meat and fish, to desserts. All of this is tied to a light and flavorful cuisine, limiting the use of fats and fried foods.
