Everyone likes pizza.

I often make it at home either in a pan or as panzerotti stuffed with ricotta or with tomato and mozzarella.I assure you that in both cases, just as they are ready so they disappear in a flash. It will be fun,then, to play with water ,flour and yeast for these pizza recipes that topped with various ingredients will only bring cheer to the table.

I really enjoy working in the kitchen and love learning to prepare new dishes, which, along with traditional recipes, are always well-received at my table. I have Neapolitan origins, so those who come to eat at my place usually prefer that cuisine. However, I take pleasure in cooking any kind of recipe: from appetizers, soups, first and second courses of meat and fish, to desserts. All of this is tied to a light and flavorful cuisine, limiting the use of fats and fried foods.
