For the Appetizer, delicious meatballs made with quinoa and vegetables, accompanied by a crisp, fresh winter salad. The Primo consists of vegetable lasagna with vegan béchamel sauce, a dish that combines authentic flavors and lightness. The Second is a rich Bowl of chickpeas and lentils, with baked and fresh vegetables, enriched with dried fruits and topped with a sauce made with mustard, honey, soy sauce, herbs and extra virgin olive oil.
