- A casa di Mariolina è stato come entrare a casa di una amica conosciuta da sempre. Oltre al clima familiare, le ricette proposte sono state sfiziose e facilmente replicabili. I have Neapolitan origins, so those who come to eat at my place usually prefer that cuisine. However, I take pleasure in cooking any kind of recipe: from appetizers, soups, first and second courses of meat and fish, to desserts. All of this is tied to a light and flavorful cuisine, limiting the use of fats and fried foods.
