You will experience a color-themed event, welcomed with a glass of prosecco and some appetizers, and guided in preparing an easy and quick dessert.
You will then be invited to make fresh pasta. Once the pasta rests in the refrigerator, you can try your hand at the wonderful art of watercolor, creating a small painting to take home as a souvenir, complete with a mat. Afterwards, you will taste what you have prepared, with simple and genuine seasonings, and enjoy the dessert and limoncello prepared for you. Water, wine, and coffee will naturally be available. The entire experience takes place in a friendly and welcoming environment, where you will feel at ease from the very first moment.

- We had the most wonderful experience cooking with Maria. Her passion and knowledge of delicious Italian food really shine through — she took time to explain every step with such clarity and enthusiasm. She made the whole class great fun, keeping our two boys completely engaged from start to finish. Maria welcomed us into her home with warmth, preparing a spread of delicious appetisers and making us feel instantly at ease. We loved learning how to make two types of pasta and gelato, and she adapted everything so thoughtfully to our vegan, vegetarian and allergy needs. It was a truly special experience for all of us, and we can’t recommend her highly enough.

I have Neapolitan origins, so those who come to eat at my place usually prefer that cuisine. However, I take pleasure in cooking any kind of recipe: from appetizers, soups, first and second courses of meat and fish, to desserts. All of this is tied to a light and flavorful cuisine, limiting the use of fats and fried foods.
