- We had a really lovely time with Gigliola, who accommodated us very well in English as well. We felt we had a properly authentic home-made experience, with great insights into daily farm life, engaging, positive guidance and company. Thank you again for providing a wonderfully genuine, sincere, and non-touristic focused experience.
- As a family (with two small children), we took part in Gigliola's pasta cooking course. We loved the experience, especially the children. Gigliola taught us the art of making pasta with great passion and enthusiasm; everything was perfect and the result was exquisite. Gigliola and her husband were excellent hosts. We highly recommend this course to everyone: it is an enjoyable experience even with children. In the meantime, we have also bought a pasta machine for our own home. - We had such a wonderful experience at this pasta workshop! We were a family of four — two parents with two girls aged 8 and 10 — and we all absolutely loved it. Giulia was incredibly warm, kind, and professional. We made ricotta and spinach ravioli, tagliatelle with two different sauces, and learned how to make pasta in different colors and shapes. We even made a lovely dessert! Giulia was fantastic at explaining everything, and we learned so much while having a great time. And most importantly — everything was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended!
